In pursuance of the instructions issued under Paragraph 1.1.3 (b) of the Excise Policy for the year 2026-27, and vide Letter No. 11359-11433/Das-License 367/Suggestions Excise Policy (Amended)/2026-27, dated 31.03.2026, from the Excise Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, the licensees of renewed Country Liquor shops are hereby informed that: for the session 2026-27 (from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027), applications are invited for permitting the sale of Beer (under CL-5CC license) at Country Liquor shops (holding CL-5C licenses) within a radius of 03 kilometers of which no Composite Shop or Model Shop is currently established or operational. The list of Country Liquor shops identified/eligible for the CL-5CC license is as follows:
